Today started off with a visitor.





Way to get the children hyped up, Clifford!

Later in the morning, Parakaraka Reading Group shared their text with us, The Big Toe.


Unfortunately, the lighting was insufficient to successfully green screen it. I need a film studio in the classroom. Does anyone have any free standing studio lights they'd light to donate to the cause?

This afternoon, for R.E., we learnt a new song.

Wet Old Tuesday

Good afternoon,

Since it was too wet to go out for P.E. this afternoon, we continued to interview each other and started iPadding them.






This all subsequent from some force labour this morning to help sort out books I need to put away.

Bishop's Monday

Good evening,

Today we had a visitor to the school. His Grace, Bishop Barry.

So, the school welcomed him at a special assembly...


...and then he came around to say hello.




His Te Reo is excellent!

After lunch, and just before I shot through early to an ICT meeting, the children started some investigative reporting of each other.
